With 25 years experience in the superannuation industry, David has worked across all facets of management and administration with leading organisations, including Price Waterhouse, Colonial and Jacques Martin Superpartners. David was the first CEO of the Australian Preservation Fund and led development of AUSFund (ERF).
Stuart Greenwood B.Bus
Deputy CEO & Marketing
Stuart has over 20 years experience in superannuation and has worked in senior management roles for some of Australia’s largest superannuation funds and administrators including VicSuper, Plum Financial Services, Mercer and Russell Investments. Prior to joining SBA Stuart operated his own marketing and communication consulting business.
A current serving member of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal, Colin brings more than 30 years experience in the superannuation and life insurance industries to SBA.
Simon Burns, CPA, B.Com (Acc & Bus.Law)
With a highly skilled background in accounting, superannuation finance and data analysis Simon joined SBA having previously worked in Senior Accounting roles at Superpartners, UniSuper, CitiStreet, Watson Wyatt and VicSuper. Simon is responsible for the day to day management of SBA’s finance team.
Manager, People & Process Improvement
With a strong background working in diverse industries, Matt has extensive experience in the fields of HR and People Management coupled with successfully implementing change and business transformation activities in some of Australia’s trusted companies including Optus, Telstra, Superpartners and HOSTPLUS.
Jennifer has over 25 years of industry superannuation experience working with major superannuation fund administrators such as Jacques Martin (now Superpartners) and industry funds such as HOSTPLUS where she was a Fund Co-ordinator and subsequently Administration Manager. As Compliance Manager, Jennifer currently oversees a range of duties including the management of Family Law matters, Allocated Pensions, ATO payment issues and system reconciliations. She is ASTA 100 and RG146 qualified.
Customer Service Manager
Martese has 18 years experience in the superannuation industry in various roles with Superpartners and RACV Financial Services. In her current position as Customer Service Manager she is responsible for ensuring that the Service Centre team are offering a high standard of service to both fund Members and Employers. She is RG146 qualified.
Customer Engagement Manager
Franca has over 22 years of experience in the superannuation industry, working with major superannuation administrators such as Superpartners, and Funds, both Industry and Retail including JUST Super (now Media Super), ESS Super and Guild/Australian Child Care Super. Her roles with these companies included Administration, Client Service Advisor/Manager, Retention Consultant and Business Development Management. Currently, Franca’s role as the Customer Engagement Manager, sees her running the day to day activities in the Customer Services Centre.
